Need help w/ where to put all my toolbar files

KSP is saying the "gamedata" folder can only have one "000_Toolbar" folder. I downloaded blizzy78's toolbar to host my FAR, Custom biomes, Engineer Redux, and Kerbal Alarm clock mods. Each one of these files has a "toolbar.dll" file, do I just simply take that file from each mod folder and place it in the "000_Toolbar" folder? I'm confused on how to properly install this. Thanks in advance for any help, it's much appreciated.

Do I delete the toolbar.dll files from the Custom Biomes, and FAR folders, or do I leave them in there? I originally placed them in the 000_Toolbar folder, because when I booted up KSP, that's what it said to do. So do I put them back into the mod folders or delete them completely?

Ok, I deleted custom biomes entirely for the time being. I have deleted the FAR toolbar.dll file. The engineering redux toolbar.dll file is inside the KER folder, and the same thing for Kerbal Alarm Clock. This is what i'm getting right now: 6f5cf8516b6906efe2c391f03b31a7ca

Edit: How in the world do I insert this image......
