issue with Better Atmospheres

I just installed BA and now kerbin looks like this

the red dot and lined clouds don't look right, please help I probably just installed something wrong. I also had to install

TextureReplacer v1.5.10

KittopiaTech Ingame Terraforming Tools v0.125

Custom Asteroids v1.0.0

in order to get BA to work

The red dot is from RemoteTech2. Did you try reinstalling both EVE and BA?

not yet, is there any way to remove the dot? it is kind of annoying

Edit: Just deleted EVE and the two folders related to it in BoulderCo still had the lines cutting through kerbin. I think it may be one of the other mods I installed in order to get BA to work. Checked Kittopia so it has to be one of the other two, checking them now

Edit 2: it appears to have been the KerbinScaled300.png texture file in Texture replacer. it looks fine now

Edit 3: correction, now kerbin is fairly blurry

this is what it looks like without that file
