How...HOW.....You must download KerbPaint RIGHT NOW and color it. Then take custom spacesuit skins and make a Kerbal have the Tenth Doctor's brown coat. Oh, and don't forget to edit the CFG file instead of Whatever Kerman to Doctor Who. Then repeat for the Companions.

i have Kerbpaint installed and that WAS my intention, though sructual panels and struts are not able to be colored

though i could redo it with the rectangle wings, it would not look as good
