Spacecraft altitude of disappearance

This is a simple question: could somebody provide the hard numbers (*specific* altitudes) at which spacecraft disappear on all the planetary bodies with atmospheres besides Kerbin? (Eve, Duna, Layther, and if you're playing with Krag's Planet Factory both Erin and Skelton)

I need the information- particularly for Duna- to eventually build heavy Space-X style reusable launch vehicles for bases on the different planets.

Those of you not in the know: NO, it's NOT 23 km for all planets. It seems to be set based on a combination of atmospheric density and possibly gravity for the different planets, for instance I know it's lower than 23 km for Duna- even though I don't have the specific numbers I need.

Yes, I can confirm Red Iron Crown's statement that it's at 0.01 atmospheres. I didn't double check the numbers but they seem reasonable.
