New to forums, but not KSP

Hello from Oklahoma. I've been playing KSP from .21 I believe and I'm a huge fan. One question i have though is there a way to save your current space program when updates come around? Last time I had a pretty nice operation going on in career mode but then I updated and have to restart from scratch.

if you go into your ksp install folder and go into saves then you should make a copy of your save then wait till someone finds out how to fix sve-game breaking or wait for a patch to fix it

You can make multiple installs of KSP, even different versions. Career mode is going to change a lot in the next version so it's unlikely you'll want to upgrade but keep the same save.

Ya I know a pretty big update is coming up so I've mainly just being messing around in the sandbox mode, experimenting with designs and trying to figure out how to use mechjeb efficiently.
