Jet stream air turbulence

Just asking the kerbalz if this would (if modded) affect rocket launch and re entry windows? Flying planes with the stream saves fuel,but, if a meandering stream hits while the drouge chute is deployed during reentry would that whack your ship and sent off course maybe toward Mt Kerbal? Not to mention the other atmospheres.

This song goes through my head as the code starts to sprout. With all the great work on volumetric clouds , their effect was to get this idea flowing and the lyric "The wind screams Mary", This project is titled "windSCream". Any assistance would be welcome. Firstly will be to make it look like a jet stream flowing and changing then follow with physic affecting the vehicle.
