Space Station Revolution Construction...

This is a growing story of the design of the Space Station Revolution (SSR)... This will be how it grows, survives and is changed over the next few... Days... Weeks... Or months...

I have a plan for the station to use all the following mods:

KAS (for repairs, additions and so forth)

Deadly Re-Entry (for real destruction of parts, and risky craft returns)

Lackluster labs (I'm making a interesting station... Why WOULDN'T I get this?)

TAC life support (this would get VERY easy and boring without it)

Kerbal Alarm Clock (1. I'm gonna do minor stuff which needs it and /2. I've never used this mod before, so Its worth mentioning)

Infernal Robotics (to assist with KAS and to aid the stock use of the claw for grabbing stuff)

KW Rocketry (purely for the fairings... Nothing else)

KSO (because I want a shuttle replica)

and I'll add onto this if I do...

I have no real goals for this other than to look awesome and to fill my own goals which are much... But I'll muck around with the save as I do and or wait for stuff. So basically, this is just for me to show what I'm doing with my spare time... If you like, I'll post more info, like the rockets I'm gonna be using and or it's status...

Moreover... I will use the same vehicle(s) over and over again.... Similar to the Soyuz/Space Shuttle... Something for crew launches (Soyuz/Dream Chaser), then something for modules (space shuttle).

Ok, so after some work, I have managed to get a crew module up... However, due to a user error, the entrance is blocked, so a mission will have to be sent to replace it. An astronaut on the SES-2 mission was sent to EVA to correct this and the damaged solar panels (they were damaged due to unknown reasons). However the astronaut could not remove the RCS thruster blocking the door. So a mission to replace it is currently underway.

However, the current mission is to replace a solar panel that was missed in the evaluation... So it is also being replaced with a mission. This mission bears one two many panels. So if one breaks, we have a spare.

All debris has been thrown from the station to be burned up... However a cleaning mission to grab and remove these is planned for the near future.

I noted your use of the term "astronaut". I am not familiar with this term. Does it have something to do with space travel? Because Kerbonauts are brave kerbals that go into space. But astronaut... Waaaah?

So should I jut build modules and launch them? Since this is going to be a group project?

Sure. I'm still making some updates, but not too hardcore of such...

I've just removed the crew module so I'd ask for you to use the docking port where the stack of life support is.... Not the other. That's where the crew module will be.
