Better Stock Crafts 2: This Time it's Personal!

Recommended Posts

"Make a craft that demonstrates a space-tug that can dock either two stock Space Station Cores together, or dock a stock Space Station Core to a pre-existing space station, then either de-orbit or dock to another node on the station. You must ACTUALLY fly this mission."

Maybe the mod gave up on us because we can't read. Having started my own challenge and having people just do whatever they want and calling it their submission, I can see how he might have gotten frustrated. And here it is the 14th and we are still discussing who won. The thread should have been locked by now. We all lose for lack of moving on lol

Congrats Manni I had a good feeling about that little R2 unit from the beginning. And thanks to whatever charitable soul voted for me lol. Now I will jump ship before the accusations of cheating start to fly. Again, well done sir.

Mathman - simple but flexible. Armandd's doesn't meet the entry requirements, otherwise it'd be his. The rest just seem too big/complicated for a beginner's example.

Advil, I really liked your 'set' of robots - and the fact that you were quick to answer my question about the decouplers.

I didn't have a picture of the tug docking its payload at a space station because I took the pictures from the space station. I'll send Bill on an EVA and get a picture of the tug, its load, and it docking to the space station.

Alan (a.k.a. armandd)

It's okay man, we're done. Our fake vote is over ;)

And congratulations to everyone who participated. Nice to have a competition without the kind of infighting you sometimes see.

Also thanks too, to the two people who voted for me. (or one person who voted twice)

Remember, as a wise politician once said - "Vote Early, and vote often"
