Eagerness trait

Well if I was very scared of crashing but knew I would get to go into space I would be smiling not acting scared like the kerbals and it could be under that trait what that kerbal is eager to do so it would be scared to go to some places. It could also show its fears so if it had a fear of heights it would not like planes but would be ok with Rogers or a pod without Windows.

Eagerness would be quite cool, although maybe clever Kerbals would either know there is no real danger, and calm down, or know that they're screwed and yell their heads off.
