New info on tiangong 2, and other news...

Some new info has recently come to light about China's tiangong 2 space station/lab/module.

It is fully constructed and complete.

It will launch in late 2015.

It will launch on a long march 7.

It could therefore weigh within any of the lm-7's capabilities, 10-20 tonnes or with a yuanzheng-1 upperstage could even be heavier.

First mission to it will be in the first half of 2016.

3 manned missions to it.

My predictions: Looking likely to be a heavily modified t-1 backup although I'm still not sure why they couldn't just launch it on an existing rocket such as a lm-3b or 2f.

Oh and in other news China now has a Crawler/MLP.
