For question 3, xenon gas (in the same tab as the ion engine, and relatively near it), and any electricity source. Solar panels are best.

Question 3 I mean how to add new resource that don't have in game .(Like add kerosene fuel tank.

A quick (but not very good) method would be to add it to ResourcesGeneric.cfg (in /KSP/GameData/Squad). If you want to make a new resource for a mod to distribute, you will want a new Resources.Generic.cfg file under /KSP/GameData/Your_new_mod_name/

But if you just want more variety in fuels, something like what Roastduck said with the RealFuels mod.

What he means is this:

- In order for the game to "know" a resource, you need to define it

- Resources are defined in a file named "ResourcesGeneric.cfg"

- Stock KSP includes this file, you can look into it to see how it works, and even modify it if you want

- But you can also add another such file so the stock file remains untouched (this is how proper mods do it)

- Such a new file would need to be placed in a new subfolder under KSP/GameData/, and require the exact same filename (still "ResourcesGeneric.cfg")

If you have trouble understanding this, you might want to ask one of your friends who is better with English to translate it into Thai (I unfortunately don't speak it). When you start to get into modding the game content, things can get complicated fairly quickly and you'll need to be precise with what you do. The language barrier can hurt you a lot there.
