Can one disable parts of TAC-LS? (IE. Food, Waste, Water, Waste-water)

Basically my question is this - Am I able to turn off the Food/Waste & Water/WasteWater in TAC-LS without having to go into every part file it edits and taking out those values?

I am debating using TAC-LS instead of Ioncross Crew Support, which only uses O2, Co2, and electricity to keep kerbals alive, but does not support MKS.

My secondary question would be this - Is it even worth it to try and do this, or should I just suck it up and use all of TAC-LS or no life support mod at all?

I have decided to not add MKS and FusTek yet, so I will not be adding TAC-LS yet. I have also decided that when I do, I will be using all the functionality that TAC-LS has to offer.
