The Raptor Mk. 1

Greetings Kerbal Space Programers. I am here to present a nice little plane that I build just to mess around near KSC. It has insane amounts of control (part clipping), awesome looks, and unlimited power (cheaty generators, part clipping) . It can even take off at a mere 15m/s! (coz, part clipping). Mk 2 will be coming out soon with belly-mounted VTOL .

I don't think you need 2 jets for that thing. Use 1 turbojet and you will be able to fly high at ridicioulus speeds.

It looks good, even though i generally don't like (use) part clipping.

Basic jet engines have more thrust at low altitudes, unlike the turbos, that get high thrust at 16,000m - 20,000m. the basic jet engines also increase and decrease their thrust faster than the turbos. This craft was designed for stunts, not flying at high altitudes.

Also, the two jet engines were more for the look rather than anything else. I think I might lower the thrust limit in the Mk 2

Lowering the thrust will work on efficiency because you can only go so fast in low atmosphere. Anyways looks like someone saw that forum post I made:D. Looks great.
