Today I've been going around youtube bouncing to video to video looking for awesome STS footage and here is the best ones I found:

I love the sound of the SSMEs igniting and hearing the structure groan.

EDIT2: Couldn't resist. One more of undocking from Hubble on STS-125, from inside the orbiter.
