I don't think it would be fare for me to download it and try it out. As I run FAR and I am not sure how that aircraft would do with realistic aerodynamic forces on it.

I know what FAR (Ferram Aerospace Research) is.

I downloaded your craft last night but was busy fine tuning one of my current projects and didn't get a chance to test it out. I will look at it tonight if I get a chance.

Ok tested your aircraft, and I have some bad news.

It isn't very good. In the current version that is posted, it wouldn't get off the ground for me without some very fine control work. The next issue I ran into was the CoL was actually in front of the CoM, which is part of the reason why it flew odd when it did get into the air. The other issue I noticed when I took it back to the SPH to look at the design. The canards you have just ahead of the wings actually are at a negative angle of attack, which is pitching the nose down. The last thing was the combination of the bicoupler and the basic jet engines, it was just slow. it wouldn't break the speed of sound at 5km altitude. The c/d was way higher then the c/l which is bad. Most of the drag was because of the bi-coupler on the back. You also did not have any form of a rudder, so your yaw stability was lacking, to say the least.

I made some minor changes to the design, and made it so it was at least flyable to test it out. I kept the same parts you had I just moved or rearranged them so they would provide a bit better control for the craft.

It is a decent first attempt but there is much room for improvement. Keep it up though you are on the right track.

By the way Hodo I was wondering what mods you use.

I have two installs of KSP, one Realism Overhaul install with all the required mods for that and a second install that is the stock KSP sized universe.

WOW! You have a lot of mods! I did have that many mods until my computer couldn't handle ti anymore, plus I just got .25. I could NEVER download B9 Aerospace or stuff like that. I can only download now stuff like SP+ and stuff like that. I just like that now I have .25! :D You can now delete Crewanifest now that .25 is out!
