How to get custom science to work?

Hi guys.

I got a file with a lot of funny custom science (the text that appears when you do it).

But the problem is that I dont know where to put it to make it work. I tried to put it in resources but it didnt load. The file is called ScienceDefs.

Do I have to name the file ina certain way or post it somewhere else? Please help
