Allow copy to clipboard of "missing or invalid parts"

Simply put, when you try to load a ship that has "missing or invalid parts" the game now shows a popup with a list of parts that can't be used.

I think it would be very useful if we could copy that list to the clipboard for pasting into a text file. This would make it a lot easier to both identify which tech tree nodes I need to unlock and which mods need to be installed in order for a part to be available.

Also, this list needs to be able to grow a scrollbar. I've already seen one list that was so long the "Ok" button had been pushed off screen and the only fix was to kill KSP and re-start.
