I wonder what could cause such episodes of insomnia, even took a sleeping pill, nitrazepam is a very powerful sleep drug, based on benzodiazepines, my psychiatrist said that the pill will knock down everyone even a horse:D, she said just to be careful with it because it can addictive, but do not take this day.

But on me it did not work, unfortunately.

Today, I'm awake already another night, without sleep:( to do not go crazy, I play computer games mostly new KSP and tropico 4 (which I managed to buy a very cheap at steam sale for 4 € :D)

unfortunately did not go my best, my rocket exploded, and my city in Tropico 4, were not the best.

I bought it at a kiosk yesterday 1 monthly and 3 quarterly popular science magazine to have something to read when I have trouble sleeping. I wonder what causes insomnia, what are its medical grounds. I know that this KSP forum, is not medical forum, but there is scientific section:D

This guy sounds like he might know some things about sleep. http://tv.naturalnews.com/v.asp?v=0C3EAD2326B55EFA7A2D503499190B5B

Also, I hear exercise a couple hours before bed and getting out in the sun during the day helps.

My brother was having sleep problems and it was related to issues he was having breathing. Avoiding gluten apparently helps him with that some.

I'd seriously avoid NaturalNews. They're poopyheads (I can't use extreme profanities here). Ton of BS on that site.

Gluten is bad for people who are allergic to gluten, and that's few percent of the population. It's a perfectly normal protein. It's food.

Pawelk198604, try to lay outside in the shade (don't roast on the sun without sunscreen) and just experience the day for a few hours, and then 2 hours before you want to go to bed, don't watch TV and don't use your computer. Install blue light reducing application on your phone. Avoid coolwhite fluorescent light. I'm saying all that because it's clear you're watching too much blue light before you go to bed, and probably not too much during the day. It disrupts melatonin secretion which ends with insomnia. It's a common case with gamers.

That is true most places on the internet. I just found that video quick and it agrees with what you said about sleep and adds a few things is all. Pawelk198604 has mentioned having problems with gluten in the past so I figured it was worth adding something about my brother and his problems.

Biggest thing for me is getting some exercise. I don't generally have trouble sleeping if I've been out for a run, or gone for a swim.

Another thing I find helpful is a basic form of meditation. Just concentrate on your breathing, try and avoid thinking about anything else at all. Then start consciously relaxing your muscles. Start with your jaw and move downwards, spend about 20-30 seconds just trying to make each one as relaxed as possible. I usually end up dropping off before I've finished my arms.

As a child I was diagnosed with celiac disease, my mother was baking bread specially me without gluten, it had a good side, as I was born at the end of "Polish experiment with the building of the Polish road to communism," I love being sarcastic: D As I had celiac disease had increased food rations , then all missing and goods were rationed and force rationing system, it was possible to have a in abundance of money, but no cards on goods nothing you could buy, but my family has never been rich. As a patient with celiac disease, my parents had access to a special shop where no force rationing of goods imposed by our communist government, additionally they could stock up on difficult to access in PRL (People's Republic Poland) exotic fruits such as bananas, oranges, tangerines, lemons. Some cleverly parents and celiac people have been doing on the money. Let's say someone bought a kilo of oranges and then sold in the bazaar per 6 times the purchase price.

My celiac disease itself gave way. I think as a kid in 1991, I came to the Hospital Memorial Health, childhood heroes of the Warsaw Uprising (Research Institute) was devoted to children soldiers who perish per poland mainly (scout) (Damn I was moved to tears as I thought about the Warsaw Uprising and our Polish heroes of the Second World War) it was and still is the most prestigious children's hospital in Poland, was built in 1975 it was a propaganda campaign the Communists wanted to show that they care about the kids and the name chciili wywżeć impact on Western-Germany to pay larger war reparations per World War II, was some friction Soviet Union, which had a population that gets a contract to equip the hospital and they earn on that a little bit terms of image. Unfortunately, the first secretary of the Polish United Workers' Party (the de facto head of state Polish) decided that the hospital equipment buy in "capitalist countries" mainly UK, France and the USA, then a little pissed off "Soviet comrades." Apparently he said he wanted to Polish children had medical care the same or at least comparable to that of children in the U.S. and great.

Gierek praised the Soviet Union that they are doing the best medical equipment in the block wchodnim much better than Poland, but not less equipment meyczny the "rotten West" is still better but the eastern bloc make up this gap, and Polish children deserve the best.

Anyway, this is not the first time I pissed Brezhnev, perhaps the most pissed off him July 20, 1969 when Poland teleizja państowa as the only socialist country broadcast live Landing Armstrong on the moon :-) As he said "he could not deprive the poles of this epochal event." Even some joked that if in the 60's or 70's free elections on your head Member Edward Gierek was to be won. Apparently in the USSR do not like him because he was too independent, but had popular support among the Poles in what the Communists took quite considerably so the USSR could not it just get rid of.

Gierek even supported the development of space research, for this gave the green light for the missile program for peaceful uses the code name "Meteor" was a rocket test for solid fuel 90 km altitude record :-) it was 100% Polish construction, then the cooperation of scientists from the GDR , when the Brezhnev was furious (because playing with fireworks in the Eastern bloc can only Russians) had ordered us to close the rocket program to wipe the tears of our pilot sent Miroslaw Hemrszewskiego on obiritÄ™ the program Intercosmos the Soyuz 30 mission

The man who stood per the program meteor want to use them as boosters in his design of multi-stage rocket that could be achieved low Earth orbit, Russians reportedly destroyed most of the sketches, although apparently the rocket itself would not be too proved something of an American rocket, Vanguard. Some say that if not for intervention of the USSR, Poland had to rocket to as the French Ariane rockets, perhaps not so modern but always something.

As for my zdorwia could not decide showed symptoms of celiac disease, or something like that, I was on the ward of malabsorption, the best pediatricians what puzzled what me is.

One professor told my mom that during his many years of practice pediatrician only a few times, such cases as I do mine. For out of luck everything settled down, I might have had a disease similar in eptking celiac disease.

Sorry for eventual mistakes, used google translator:D
