Fuel Levels up to 100% after vessel load... but why? Bug?

Sorry for beeing so unspecific, but right now i have the problem (so to speak) that everytime i reload a vessel the fuel levels of said vessel are restored to 100%. No cheats enabled, happened to me after updating a whole bunch of mods (IR, Tweakscale, TAC, Scansat etc pp..). Could take some time to find the problem, but maybe someone encountered this problem before?
