So that title probably doesn't make much sense, but so far, all I've experienced in the rescue contracts is that the kerbal always has a full EVA pack (tell me otherwise if this isn't the case). I feel like it would be more interesting if EVA fuel levels are randomized.

Just a small thought/suggestion.
