How to launch 64 bit on Steam

Step 1. Open Steam

Step 2. Go into your games library

Step 3. Right click Kerbal Space Program and select "Properties"

Step 4. Left click "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..."

Step 5. Type "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Kerbal Space Program\KSP_x64.exe" %command%

Step 6. Left click "OK"

Step 7. Close Properties and launch Kerbal Space Program

You can now launch 64 bit Kerbal Space Program

Or just launch the game from the launcher included in the install dir... It's what I've been doing since they introduced it to the steam version...

That is what I was doing at first, but you can get the steam community overlay this way.

Which half of the time bugs out the game or won't work cause their bootsrapper is a piece of... ugh... Yeah...

The launcher also gives you some added options like changing resolution setting before you start loading the game. Not to mention a borderless mode...
