Turning off the 'Contrats'

Hello.

Have been playing the game for a while and now the new version has auto installed.

I have missions underway and now no money to luanch the rest of the rockets/parts/equipment.

Is there a way to turn off the money/contracts feature?

It sounds like this might be what you're looking for. It turns old career games into sandbox science games.

It takes a bit of save file editing. So I recommend keeping copies and make sure you use a plain text editor.

Sorry for the multiple threads. Wasn't aware of the needed scrutiny of posts.

Hmmm.. so the money thing would seem to be a 'set' thing, then? My initial thoughts are "Bugger... There goes a lot of time played....."

I again thank you for your input and cross my fingers/toes/etc that there's some resolution for the better.
