This is more than likely the wrong Sub-forum, but frankly I don't care, I'm to angry at curse.

My first release for my rocket company's was rejected for absolutely no reason i would like to know why it was rejected.

Squad you have made a huge mistake here and it'll take a lot new amazing features to this game to regain my trust aswell as not partnering with curse will help extremely. Oh and one last point people who lose my trust, 99.9999999% of the time they DON'T get it BACK:mad:

Hi, Commander Jebidiah.

First off, I moved this to a more appropriate section. Secondly, that's a fine choice of font, size and color. You've made your point clear ;)

Have you gotten in touch with the Curse KSP team through the site? If not, they're readily available on here and on #kspofficial. Kaelten and Jadedcat have been really active in helping out wherever possible. Reach out and see what happens. If you have trouble, I'll see what I can do.

Thanks.

I actually never knew there was a Curse ksp team, where can I find them?

And also thanks for moving it. I was surprised that you complemented my text.

The main reason for me being angry was that I wasn't given any reason as to why it was rejected and also the fact that I'm going to be away from the internet at the weekend means that I can't supply craft for my company. I was hoping that I would get the first release tonight and release more when I come back.

And the most important thing thanks for being so understanding.

The contact form on the Curse page could be more prominent, but it's there (Help > Submit a Request): http://support.curse.com/anonymous_requests/new

Is there another/better way to contact Curse?

#kspofficial means that you can contact Kaelten and Jadedcat on IRC.

The core issue is that it's been uploaded as a RAR, only .zips are accepted.

You should have received a notification about this issue, if you did not please let me know and we'll investigate that issue separately.

Thanks,

I can't use WinZip becuase it won't let me use it.

Also it came up as invalid archive but I wouldnt know it had to be .zip

The advantage of zip files is that all major OSes natively support reading and writing them; there's no need for a separate program.

So... it came up as invalid archive, at which point you continued to complain that you didn't know why it was rejected?

(Zip has another advantage, and that's that there are all kinds of libraries and software implementations available that can read/write it without problems. Making it easier to integrate it into applications. Which is most likely why Curse requires it. So their client can work with it)
