part.cfg Variables

it\'s a real treat, indeed - harvester said the .cfg parser is based on the reflection system which is built in to MONO, and thus Unity, thus KSP ::)

so whatever properties you expose as 'public' in the class, shall be automatically exposed for cfg-based manipulation - cool, huh? :thumbup:
