electri charge consumption uniformity

Would it be possible to get soem uniformity in teh electri charge consumption rate that is listed in the "more details" bit of parts? Right now its a mix if charge/sec and charge/min with seemingly random picking.

For example the solar panels list charge/sec, but then the generator and ox-stat panel list charge/min. Then tehre';s command pods, some list charge/sec for the in-build sas, other charge/min and the stayputnik even lists charge/hour!

Would it be possible to get them all listing the same consumption rate, Charge/sec or charge/min? Would make it so much easier to figure out how long batteries wil last and such without having to convert all the numbers to same consumption rate first
