Orbit spazzing out.

I was going to the mun when my orbit started to.. Have a seizure.. I'm pretty sure people have experienced this before. But why does it happen? Im actually pretty curious what causes it. If you don't understand what i'm trying to say, here's a video I recorded of it in action.

The inevitable flexing of your ship can perturb the orbit slightly. A small change now will be magnified as the projection goes further on and especially by any gravity assists such as that Mun flyby, resulting in the "spazzing out" you've seen.

Engage *5 time speedup.

This stops your ship from rotating, flexing.

Your orbit should look much more constant.

Another, seperate issue is that SOI intercepts are not always shown correctly...

If none of the above suggestions work, simply try reloading the save when this occurs, and it should stabilize everything.
