Buff all radial engines to be just as good as other engines

Recommended Posts

At one time, the devs specifically stated that they wanted to keep radials a little weaker than the stack mounted engines because it's always easy to find room for more radial engines, and they didn't want there to be no reason to use the stack mounted engines.

Well, as someone with OCD, my brain gets overloaded whenever I read the stats, so I quit ksp for a day and come back. I just tend to put two 48-7s engines on cubic octagonal struts and just wonder what it would be like if my OCD allowed me to make a pretty rocket.

I feel like the 48-7S is overpowered, and I have used 24-77s for several excellent designs, including as the only rocket engines on my first working stock SSTO spaceplane.

Also you can make your rocket prettier by mounting the engines on Clamp-o-trons Jr. instead of Cubic Octagonal Struts.
