Help! Accidently quick loaded to a long time ago.

Yikes. I quick loaded after the kraken hit without really thinking. Now my game is reverted to almost 3 days ago.

Is there any way to fix this?

If you are lucky and it hasn't autosaved yet you can alt+F4 out of the game and restart. You might also be lucky and be able to use alt+F9 to load the persistant file.

Probably not. If that happens again, as long as you quit before the game autosaves again, your last autosave will load when you restart the game. The game autosaves every time you go to the Space Center, so you'll need to use Alt+F4/Cmd+Q/Ctrl+Q to quit.

If you happen to have Kerbal Alarm Clock installed, by default it creates a backup save every time you jump to a ship, so you might be able to find something more recent that way.

I went to one of the backup saves and moved the persistant file from a few hours ago into the saved game folder. I still lost a few hours but it's alot better than it could have been.
