You really should edit your video down a bit. It's not a lot of content for 34+ minutes, honestly I skipped through most of it. The rocket seems nice enough, though you could make it much shorter by placing your fuel tanks below the tricoupler instead of above it.

That's meant as constructive criticism, not discouragement.

And did you think this rocket can made, flight within contract specification?

Rather than a tall single stack of fuel tanks with the tricoupler holding engines below it, start with the tricoupler in that stage and place fuel tanks below, with the engines attached to the bottom of the tanks. This will shorten the rocket by a fair bit.

As for if it will meet the test criteria, try it and see?
