Quick unmanned mission outside Kerbin SOI

I just want collect science, i hoped that i can return probe easily, but it's look it take at lest 206 ksp days:(

The key with this is to figure out what direction you need to make your return burn in. It's not always intuitively obvious, so set up a manoeuvre in an hour or so and play around with it. You should be able to drop back into Kerbin's SOI pretty soon, and assuming you didn't overdo the escape burn you won't need much delta-V.

It's simple. Leave the SOI by small margin, perform your measurement, select Kerbin as target, turn towards it and burn. You'll get an intercept in no time.

yeah I usually set up a burn that is just barely above escape. then just before i do escape, set a node doing a retroburn, and aim your craft at the nav point. make sure you set the node and aim your craft while still in kerbins soi. keep pointing the way the node told you, even once you exit the SOI. then do your science and you should be able to burn straight back in, after only a minute or two of deep space.
