No, it should be in The Science Labs as it isn't directly related to KSP in any way. I'm sure a mod will come along and move it later.

ProjectRho should be required reading for anyone getting into KSP. Just about everything I know about rocketry is from there, playing KSP, or reading stuff here on the forums.

It's a poster about the past future. Not really KSP at all, other than being about spaceflight.

It's funny how everyone thinks THEIR use of Kerbal Space Program is the ONLY way to use it. For creative types pages like this are a goldmine to fire the imagination.
