Some suggestions: Funds Balance among other things.

Dear friends,

Ik would like to suggest some features.

Starting of with an information screen where you can review your funds balance. It will show show revenues (from accepted contracts, recovered vessels, contract rewards, etc.) and expenses (prepping a vessel for launch, contract penalties, etc.). preferably each in their own colours.

as i am seeing this many big numbers (funds, altitudes, distances, etc.) i would like to see dots at the thousands and millions and so on. It would make reading a lot clearer for me.

For organising my space missions and to make all available information more comprehensible it would be helpfull to have the option to group active contracts. I would use each group for each specific mission. It would also sort the active contracts more logically. It would also be my preference that the default state of the active contracts in the contracts GUI in flight mode would be minimized.

I believe the next subject was already being discussed, but for totallity: I would like the option to switch mods on/off for specific savegames.

I feel as though the (f3) results dialoge is an unfortunate omission to the mission summary dialoge. Perhaps squad can include some more events, like new science, reports, dockings, flag plantings, SOI changes, landings, splashdowns,etc.

Finally, it would be my preference if the default state of the flags buttons in the trackingstation/map view would be grayed out. They are not active flights in my opinion.

EDIT: And really finally, i think it would be cool for some kind of log. A list of all past missions. If you click on them you will get a short summary with some highlights.

Perhaps others feel the same way?

Regarding the funds record, it would not be bad but I don't see it as very important. It would be nice to see funds recovered quietly (e.g. from launch clamps) and to have direct comparison between ship launch price and ship recovery value but so far I have not found it really necessary for further progress.

Group separators in fund amounts would definitely help, sometimes it's uncertain if I'm looking at millions or tens of millions. There's even already a mod that implements it.

I have never had too many contracts active - I always picked some contracts and immediately sent a mission to take care of them. In most cases I did not send another mission until the earlier mission was over. But yeah that's my playstyle and other players can have different preferences. On some occasions even I was thinking that it would be nice to have contracts assigned to a ship so I can see its own contracts at the top of list.

There is a way how to have mods switched on/off for different saves: Make a copy of the whole KSP directory (or as many copies as is the number of different mod combinations you want to use) and have each with the set of mods you want to use there. It's not very comfortable, though.

At present, mods are loaded when the game starts and stay loaded the whole time. I am assuming that changing it to loading mods when loading a save might make save loading uncomfortably long.

Merging the F3 list into the science/funds/crew overview looks like a good idea.

And yeah, default unsetting of the Flags button (and not displaying flags as active flights in the save selection dialog) has been suggested many times.
