trying to figure out where a file is in the squad directory

So, I want to change the time that the explore minimus missions are given to the beginning of the game, and was wondering where in the squad folder the file that controlled that was. I already modified the tech tree to give myself basic fins and stack decouplers at the start of the game (fins because I just couldn't stand to launch a rocket without them, and decouplers, because I already had Deadly reentry installed and needed to decouple stages for safe and stable reentry, and didn't feel like improvising with an extra heat shield.)

I'm pretty sure that info is buried in a dll or an asset file.

Searching through all KSP files with Notepad++ the term Minmus showed up in

I already checked the ScienceDefs, StoryDefs, and settings and it wasn't there, it wouldn't be in the launcher, or readme, I will check the two data files, but I doubt it is there.
