Need a "good sprite creator".

Hello all, I am making a flash game that is still in development and have ran into a problem, I am not that good at making graphics and wanted everything to be original so instead of stealing graphics maybe one of you more skilled in the art can help me out. Credit will be given. This game is still very new and is not playable yet and the graphics are very crappy Here is a pic of what I offer so far... Started 2 days ago.

The pets at the top are animated and ripped off, I did not make those but I am using these as a prime example of what i'm looking for. I would like any sprites that represent monsters or robots or pets in that category and please make the evolution's like from egg to baby to child to teen to adult etc..
