Small planes

[LABHOUSE]

You must create a plane that can fit into a kerbodyne tank and must fly to at least 10,000 on kerbin.

It must have no infinite gliding, dropping parts, cheats, or anything else I have not thought of.

You must make it stock parts but I will allow one exception, mechjeb.

My entry is at http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/88762-Micro-plane but it flew in version .23 so it might no work now but it was designed for duna and it will not count.

Could you maybe describe the challenge a bit more? Are there no rules? And you might want to post your own entry to your challenge and post a leaderboard to encourage other players to participate.
