[WIP] Spirit of Kerbin - Opening Sequence

This is the first draft of the title sequence I'm doing for the new film Suestra Gaming and I am working on as an official continuation of Macey Dean's series 'Spirit Wolf'. Don't worry if you see any issues in this clip, a few of the shots are due to be refilmed and the VFX/SFX aren't quite up to scratch yet. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy it. That's as much as I can say at the moment. I've been prodding Suestra with a stick for the last few days without a response, but I'm sure he'll make his post about it some time soon.

Quick! I need to give random people rep before I can give more.

*Big 'ol grin on my face*

I hope this is the watching the whole thing again from the transports perspective feels new but eerily familiar, like going home to find everything painted white.

I'm just going to play that a couple dozen more times.

I picture Spiritwolf being black and white while hanland being a more menacing color than orange.

As did I, although red isn't much more menacing of a colour.

I hope you don't change the light blips of the battle.

Are the blips actual impacts(in sync with the BOL video) and the last big one was the Vanguard.

AWESOME.

Glad you two are taking on the mantel to keep this series alive.

But I would have changed the colors of the kernels

I picture Spiritwolf being black and white while hanland being a more menacing color than orange.

But its decently awesome to see this again.

So is this going to be a new series or a full out movie?

As I said, it's a big WIP. And don't worry, those aren't the corp colours. It's just by coincidence that while using the stock green skull inc suits, the Hanlan troops were wearing orange and Captain Chadbrett was wearing the white variation. Glad you enjoyed it by the way, but I'm afraid I can't really talk too much about where this is going to go. As I'm already pushing it by uploading this without waiting for a response from Suestra with the green light that everything on his end is ready to go (sorry).

I don't really know what you mean here. My simple mammal mind can't comprehend; care to expand? :o

I think he is asking are the explosions in space seen in the video timed with the actual footage from "The battle of Laythe" video and is the last explosion seen the Vanguard exploding.

Bad punctuation on my part(I was using the mobile version)

*shuffles*

Are the blips' pattern in sync with actual impacts in the BOL video and the last big one being the Vanguard?

My previous, now deleted, answer sort of covers this anyway.

Yes, the final one is the explosion of the Vanguard. However what was going on with the little explosions really just depends on how you observe them. It could be the final moments of the battle in a more sci-fi style or it could be the Vanguard exploding and the final explosion being the ships fuel reserve detonating. As for either the amount or timing of the explosions being synced with the actual video? No, going through the episode and counting the number of explosions/the time patterns in which they occur would simply have taken too long, sorry :P

What's your approach to music copyright if I may ask?

Again, I can't really answer that very clearly without going in to things that aren't supposed to be public yet. But at the moment, the way it's looking is that the film is going on my channel where there's no monetization and thus no need to be too careful with copyrighted music.
