5m pod to land rovers in

Recommended Posts

After you landed you could take the rover on an eva I think something like failings but not identical. It should be 5m because not all rovers are 3.75. When it comes close to landing you should be able to decouple it and let it crash land (the pod). You would be able to land things easier on Dina just launch it like a mk1-2 and put a parachute on it and then hide a sky crane rover inside. Most of the mars rovers had heat shields and such so ksp should have pods or heatsheilds.

First of all: FAIRINGS, not failings (Grammar matzo from Duna speaking). Unfortunately real rovers don't work like that. The. Curiosity rover had a cruise stage (On top of the areoshell), a heat shield (which fell away during reentry, a descent stage (the sky crane), and of course: the areoshell. If all you need is the areoshell, then mabey you should take a look at the Oblivion Areospace Pack, good luck.

I hate my spell check fixing words from games and stuff.
