Has anyone ever heard of this company? They're trying to get an orbital refueling station setup for deep space missions to Mars and such. By itself, I don't think I'd bother mentioning it, but the video they have on the site demonstrating the mission uses KSP. Is this kind of thing allowed by KSP's license? Has anyone seen any other examples of this?

This looks more like a university assignment then a real company, so I think KSP would fall under the educational banner.

I concur with Richy teh space man. Look at the e-mail and "sites we like" at the bottom. It's a project for a student at the University of Michigan, not a real company.

I'm glad to hear that, because from watching their video and looking at that nice white open space on their 'sponsors' page, I'm not sure I would be confident in those guys completing an economically-stable space station in low orbit in KSP, let alone in real life.

I'm also still completely unconvinced that refueling station construction and upkeep would be in any way more efficient than just building better heavy-lifters, but I digress.
