Most of Squad's assets are locked up in file formats you can't really open up, IIRC. Textures yes, but the actual 3D model is stuck as it is. Some modders out there have made their own Kerbal models, I think, to help them along in their projects.

Also that picture is huge, you should try a spoiler tag around it
