Anyone know anything about AVCOAT ablator?

So I started A-level physics last week and for coursework we have to do a presentation on some sort of 'material'.

So me being awkward chose AVCOAT, which was used on the Appolo heat shield and the upcoming Orion CV.

ANYWAY apparently the internet doesn't know much about it, so I thought I'd throw this out there, any info would be greatly appreciated

I found this and this. A lot of information, nice graphs and more. Still want more? Use Google Scholar, with things like these you have a much better chance of finding good information. If an URL is unavailable, use the Wayback machine to see if there is a cached version. There often is. In fact, my second link was recovered that way.

Edit: are you sure you checked for yourself? It is even on Wikipedia, with a load of references.
