The Time Warp Kraken STRIKES!

version: .24.2.559 (contracts mode woo)

Mod setup: Tac life support, modular kolonization system, kerbal attachment system, infernal robotics.

Symptom: Randomly when activating time warp my ship will have its control probe/capsule held fixed in the grasp of the kraken. at slow speeds this merely makes the craft unusable as the kraken will not relinquish its grasp nor let me return to the space center, at high speed this results in the craft instantly exploding into millions of high velocity fragments.

Help very much appreciated. This game is borderline unplayable if I can't use time warp outside the tracking center.
