Multi monitor support

Because having Map view and camera view at the same time would be quite awesome, especially for those wanting to set up mock cockpits and IVA-only the entire mission. This combined with an IVA ability to "snap to"/auto zoom on a window or an instrument panel instantly would add yet another coolness factor to the game. Imagine the further possibilities when combined with camera mods!

There is a mod that performs this, but does so through running two copies of KSP at the same time.

I dropped it at the last KSP update due to it being a little buggy.

Not sure if something like this will ever be stock.
