DOWNLOAD Then "Click here to download from sendspace"

Instructions:

SAS on for launch

Spacebar and then rotate to a shallow angle.

After liftoff it's pretty forgiving.

Try to get it going as fast as possible before dropping the jet plane with the spacebar.
