Sigh... ok here is my space shuttle

Yeah I have a deep love/hate relationship with this spacecraft. I personally think space shuttles were a terrible vehicle; unsafe, inefficient and overly complex. I decided to build one using lackluster parts and came up with this thing.

Am I going to use it for cargo transport into orbit? Hell no.

Can she deliver cargo into orbit? Hell yes. I've been able to push impressive sized cargo(s) into orbit pretty easily.

I just wanted to see if I could create a reliable space shuttle in KSP. Now I've done it and can move on to more practical and safer craft. NOTE: I also gave this thing an escape pod in case of catastrophic failure:

If the craft were critically damaged or didnt have the cross range to reach the runway, the nose opens up and the escape pod is boarded by the 3 kerbal crew, and are ejected ala star wars style and parachutes safely down to the ground. Again... needlessly complex. I'd rather just use parachutes for each kerbal if it came to that.
