I'd like a set of six steam locomotive wheels, each 1.25 meters in diameter, working as rover wheels, and animated. Stockalike KSP Textures, please.

Animating the wheels would be tricky as they are connected by a siderod, and the valve gear is so difficult you ought not try unless you are a genius.

In case you're wondering, 1.25 m is just about 64% the size of the LMS Black Five wheels

Alongside these, four 0.625 wheels that work as landing gear wheels, with the steering implemented on the top of the "bogie" the structure which the four wheels are mounted on.

I would like to see parts that could allow people to build trains and HypeTrains, but TCVM does not approve of HypeVehicles it seems.

Neither of these are particularly difficult to animate, it would be quite easy to set them up as linked joints and have all the motion work automatically.
