I sort of already used it in 1.0 for my first episode of "Valentina drives...."

The mother of all food trucks.

I am doubly glad this thread got resurrected as I did not want to necro it :D

BTW, this mod will be pretty easy to update for 1.0 since it doesn't really care about being stock-balanced or anything like that. The main thing that I think needs fixing is the orientation of the bottom nodes.

I was aware of that but simply rotated and offset all the buns manually. I thought the issue arose cos I build the food truck chassis first and burger last, in effect bottom up assembly.

REALLY?!?!?!

Are you trying to get new anchormen fired!!!

How in gods name is anyone supposed to keep a strait face reading "all 6 astronauts were killed today when the double bacon quarterpounder broke up on re-entry" ...just not possible.

Seriously though, this is great and very kerbalish mod....and well done enough to make one rather hungry =)

Heheh, no worries there. Since this is sort-of both the release and development thread, it's OK to keep it going. :)

BTW, the KSP 1.0 updated version (Burger Mod 0.3) is up!

Oh dear, I now have a new career strategy of building food themed spacecraft.

Hey, anyone tested if the Bacon Strips can survive re-entry or do they shrivel up and become really, really delicious and fragrant?

The mother of all food trucks.

Papa Louie would be Proud.

I just thought of something!!! a toothpick with an olive on top for an antenna or as a stage escape system.

Nah, make the olive a radially attached Monoprop tank, make a little toothpick with a plastic flag the antenna, maybe we could also have radially folding lettuce as solar panels? French Fry Landing Legs, Portobella rover wheels, those little paper ketchup cups as RCS ports? The possibilities are as limitless as the McDonalds Dollar menu!

A McKeman's burger wrapper for fairings...

Radially folding lettuce! Who would have thought of mimicking nature!

At the same time why not have a donut on a stick as a science experiment? These researchers from Sweden actually did it in real life!

Swedish researchers sent a donut into space, and it's stunningly beautiful

At the same time why not a Potato fuel tank?
