I've been wondering why nobody's done this for KSP: http://xkcd.com/681/.

I took the equations presented there, and made one using the stock KSP system's values, and here's what I got (WARNING: I have no art skill~ If you're sensitive or allergic to bad MSpaint drawings, press the BACK button now ):

(note that the planet positions ARE to scale here, it's just a different scale than the Y-axis~)

I've literally only been there twice, EVER, and I've probably put in 3-4k hours of KSP at this point... it could really use some muns or.. more interesting features or something. Ideally a unique something too.. or be turned into an asteroid belt >.<

Dres has that massive canyon. Admittedly I've only been there once, but I'd like to return and see it again.

Angry canyon on the angry potato, making people angry because attempting to land near it and missing means you land somewhere on the remaining 99.99% of featureless and boring terrain.

On the other hand, it might be quite a friendly canyon because of the number of visitors it gets relative to everywhere else on the planet
