MOD REQUEST: Custom music

So I just discovered Bagel Rabbit's fantastic KSP inspired music (

), and I was wondering how it would be possible to get that music into the game. I know the code for situation-based music exists, so how hard would it be to set up new situations?

Like "If inDunaAtmo=true, play frikkinawesomemusic.mp3". How would that work?
