Hello Community!

I thought that the community should have a small project...

A WW2 community project!

The basics are that people design boats, planes, cars and anything else from WW2.

Some people can also set up scenarios from WW2. (E.G: Either build craft like buildings to bomb etc. Or use kerbtown to model buildings.... I would make craft.

After people design these I shall make the scenarios film them and give em' to you lot! I know it sounds one-sided but hear me out. If you give me some film of say, pearl harbor in KSP, i may use it!

Also if someone wants to recommend a mod go ahead! I might add it!

I already have a P-51 Mustang and a Messerschmidt Bf-109 but if you want to add your own version go ahead, it's probably better then mine...

So anyway, go right ahead and make away!

EDIT: I won't release it until .25 is out though, I plan on arming it with BDArmoury weapons but installing the mod now and using it for just a few days seems like too much fuss for me.

EDIT x2: But it won't use any other mods. The hull and superstructure and other stuff will be stock.

Hmm, if it's cool I think I'll take the Panzer if you don't mind (just the IV , my favourite)

EDIT: I've got the main body and two versions worked out, an image soon if i can fix up the armor to look halfway decent.

Got pictures of a rough slate of the Panzer IV versions, and it is built mostly for utility. With a ridiculous amount of ammo spread about the chassis, you won't be out even after taking a hit*.

Additionally, I've included a basic viewport for aiming the main cannon. By double clicking the window and zooming, the cannon's and the .50cal's accurate range is increased from 500m to over 2000m (800m for the .50cal).

As a couple of design notes, don't try and fire the main gun at anything closer than 15m, as the tank itself will be blown in half if you're not careful. Also, Your Kerbal can repair all wheels and reload the cannon from within the compartment at the back. The tanks also boast a remarkably small turning circle, and both can function at the very** least on 4 of 12 wheels.

*not a main cannon shot, the M1 Abrams is OP as anything you'll build stock.

** you'll be going at about 2m/s on 1 wheel per side.

Sorry, but I like stock only vehicles. (I have never, ever used Mechjeb, even for precision landings). But your cockpits do look really cool.
