Weird Space Center glitch

I'm not sure this is related to any mods, I can't think of any I have that might cause this, but I thought I'd post here anyway since I am running a modded install.

Occasionally, on load from other views, like space or other buildings, the Space Center loads with the camera stuck between the R&D building and the VAB. I can click on the buildings that are in my field of view (Mission Control, VAB, SPH and R&D) but I can't move the camera around to click on the other buildings.
